CGC and CSG Companies Accepting Submissions at MegaCon Orlando

CGC, CGC Trading Cards, CGC Video Games and CSG will accept submissions at MegaCon Orlando being held March 30 through April 2, 2023.

Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®), CGC Trading Cards®, CGC Video Games™ and Certified Sports Guaranty® (CSG®) will be attending MegaCon Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, being held March 30 through April 2, 2023.

There are many activities for the whole family at MegaCon Orlando, as well as world-renowned celebrity appearances. Across four days, MegaCon Orlando attracts hundreds of thousands of attendees interested in comic books, sci-fi, horror, anime and gaming. MegaCon Orlando celebrates all things pop culture for fans of anything and everything.

Company representatives will be accepting submissions, answering questions and providing information on CGC, CGC Trading Cards, CGC Video Games and CSG services. Fans also won't want to miss our signature pin giveaway, lots of exciting swag and more fun happening all weekend long!

To spend more time enjoying the show, submit your prepared collectibles through the Express Drop-Off Service, which enables you to skip the line and quickly hand off your prepared submission to a representative. Keep reading for step-by-step instructions to get your submission ready.

Preparing Submissions for the Show

To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:

  1. Become a CGC or CSG member. To join CGC, click here. To join CGC Trading Cards, click here. To join CGC Video Games, click here. To join CSG, click here.
  2. Select the show you are submitting at from the dropdown menu.
  3. Complete the submission form and print the packing slip.

    Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.

  4. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
  5. Go to the Express Drop-off sign to finalize your submission.

All submissions will be transported to the companies’ headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation.
