CGC Companies Accepting Submissions at New York Comic Con

You can submit your comics, cards, video games and VHS and Betamax videocassettes to CGC at New York Comic Con, October 12-15, 2023!

Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®) is excited to be accepting submissions of comics, cards, magazines, video games and home video collectibles at New York Comic Con at the Javits Center in New York City on October 12-15, 2023.

New York Comic Con stands as one of the premier pop culture events on the East Coast, attracting enthusiasts of comics, movies, TV shows, video games and more. NYCC offers fans the chance to immerse themselves in a diverse array of panels, exclusive reveals, celebrity appearances and interactive experiences. The event serves as a dynamic platform for creators, artists and fans to celebrate their shared passions and engage with the latest trends and developments in the world of entertainment.

Visit the CGC Booth for an action-packed experience, including an exclusive CGC pin giveaway and the CGC Vending Machine offering buttons, temporary tattoos and T-shirts. Be among the lucky first submitters each day of the show, and you'll receive Trick-or-Treat bags filled with fun surprises. Also join us for a thrilling Scavenger Hunt, and have the opportunity to participate in numerous signings happening right at the CGC booth. Preparing Submissions for the Show

To spend more time enjoying the show, submit your prepared collectibles through the Express Drop-Off Service, which enables you to skip the line and quickly hand off your prepared submission to a representative.

To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:

  1. Become a paid CGC member here.
  2. Go to the online submission form for comicscardsvideo games or home video.
  3. Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission.
  4. Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.

    Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.

  5. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
  6. Go to the Express Drop-Off sign to finalize your submission.

All submissions will be transported to the companies’ headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation.

Tablets will be provided at the booth for submitters to use for sign-up and submission purposes.
