Our November featured comic follows the god of mischief on the campaign trail in a wild and satirical bid for the presidency.

What makes it special? The four-issue miniseries follows the Asgardian trickster god as he sets his sights on becoming the President of the United States. Blending satire with Marvel's signature action, the series highlights the absurdities of modern politics through Loki's mischievous, larger-than-life antics.

Why is it interesting now? Whether you vote Marvel or DC, this miniseries cleverly satirizes the electoral process, making it a timely reflection on the dynamics of campaigning and the nature of truth in politics. The blend of humor and political commentary makes it a fitting choice for November’s spotlight.

Did you know? In Marvel Comics, Loki was originally depicted with red hair. It wasn’t until later, inspired by Norse mythology and later adaptations, that Loki’s now-iconic sleek black hair became his signature look.

Graded highlights: As of October 29, 2024, there were 223 copies of the standard cover in the CGC Census, including 97 copies graded CGC 9.8.

Sales highlights: A CGC Signature Series graded 9.8, signed by Loki actor Tom Hiddleston, sold on eBay for $1,000 in March 2023.
