CGC x JSA Accepting Submissions at Collect-A-Con Houston

CGC® and JSA® are excited to be accepting submissions of TCGs, sports cards, non-sports cards, comic books, video games, home video collectibles and memorabilia at Collect-A-Con Houston, being held at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas, on April 26-27, 2025.

About Collect-A-Con

Collect-A-Con is one of the nation's largest trading card, anime and pop culture conventions. For the April show in Houston, collectors will have more than 100 dealer and vendor tables to choose from where they can browse, sell, buy and trade their favorite collectibles.

Attendees have plenty more to look forward to during the show, including cosplay competitions, special guest appearances, celebrity autograph sessions, live concerts and much more. As one of the premier conventions across the country, keep an eye out for Collect-A-Con coming to a city near you soon!

CGC x JSA representatives will be accepting submissions, answering questions and providing information on collectibles certification and autograph authentication services at the show. Bring your favorite collectibles to the show to take advantage of fast turnaround times and save one way on shipping fees! Further instructions on the submission process are below.

Preparing submissions for the show

CGC is accepting submissions of TCGs, sports cards, non-sports cards, comic books, video games and home videos for grading. Autographed cards and comics may be submitted for CGC x JSA Authentic Autograph certification, and autographed memorabilia may be submitted for JSA-only services.

To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:

1. Create a CGC account here. All it takes is a free account to submit, and paid members get additional discounts and benefits.
2. Go to the online submission form for cards or comics, video games or home video. (For JSA memorabilia submissions, simply bring your item(s) to the show.)
3. Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission. Please note that you’ll have the option to choose JSA autograph authentication for cards after choosing your primary grading services.
4. Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.

Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.

5. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
6. Go to the Express Drop-off sign to finalize your submission.

All submissions will be transported to CGC’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation.
